Conditions for Return or Exchange:
Customers can return or exchange products from KAARNI within 14 days of delivery if:

The product(s) received are damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery.

The product(s) do not match the original specifications of the purchased item or differ from what was ordered.

The product(s) are unused, in their original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.
Size Exchange Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with the size of your purchased product, we offer online size exchanges under the following conditions:

Customers must send the product(s) back to us.

Customers are responsible for covering the delivery charges for the exchanged parcel.

The product(s) must be in their original condition—undamaged, unstained, defect-free, and complete.
Note:
Customized orders, including alterations and made-to-measure products, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, if you receive an incorrect measurement, please provide us with pictorial evidence of the alteration error, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
