Online Order Process
Shopping at Kaarni is simple and convenient! Here’s how you can place an order:

Adding Items to Cart:
While browsing our website, select the quantity of the product you want and click on ‘Add to Cart’. Feel free to add as many items as you wish. -
Checkout Process:
Once you’re done shopping, click ‘Checkout’. You’ll be directed to a page where you need to enter your personal and shipping details. Press the ‘Complete Order’ button to confirm your purchase. You will receive an order number for reference. -
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS on the provided contact details. For additional verification (if needed), our team will call you to confirm your order. Please note: Answering this call is mandatory for order confirmation. If you do not respond, your order will be put on hold, and the item may go out of stock. -
Tracking Information:
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive another email/SMS with your tracking number and order details. Use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status during transit. -
Receiving Your Order:
When your package arrives, please check its contents before making the payment. Retain your invoice for at least 14 days in case you need to initiate a return or exchange (as per our Return Policy).
Delivery Time

Standard Delivery Time: 5 to 7 working days across Pakistan (depending on your location).

Sale Period Deliveries: During sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 200 Nationwide.
Order Cancellation
Once you complete the checkout process, your order cannot be canceled automatically. However, you can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by reaching out to us through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Track Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the courier’s official website, which will be mentioned in the email/SMS.
Important Note: While we ensure timely processing and shipping, Kaarni cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services.
